I don't know if that will come. Maybe somewhere down the road another $10 GC for every $50 spent on Lego via Target, and the off-chance that they include this during a sale?
It's been going for nearly 2x this price almost everywhere else via third-party, so it was an easy buy for me.
Exactly my thought, after watching the great hall can be 40% off it feels like many of the Harry Potter sets can go lower, may be they are overproducing them and demands are not as high as expected
I can't figure out why it says Target exclusive. Based on the Q&A section, when this first was listed it was incorrectly identified as a different set- maybe that one was the exclusive.

The Hedwig set (75979) is the Barnes and Nobles exclusive from this release cycle and is also currently in stock, but just at normal retail price.

Thank you for that info! I never knew it- and didn't know about Hedwig, either. I've had the whole 2020 lot in my wish list on several sites (Amazon, Lego) and you're right- The Burrow has always been way overpriced on Amazon from third-party and I don't think I've ever seen it available via Lego.
Since it is already so rare to find, I'm not going to waste time hoping for a 40% late next year. Projections say it would already be retired by then, anyways. I'll gladly pay the $80 for it.
I think some people need to peek at the going price of the previous Burrow set before they wait too long
Get this and return if a better deal comes along.
