For new or expecting moms, my wife was just able to score this deal at Target. You just need to have a baby registry at Target and your registry completion coupon(15% off) available.
The Elvie breast pump is currently on sale for $424.99 at Target, down from $499. There is also a Target circle offer for 20% off any breast pump. You can stack with your 15% off registry completion coupon and get an additional 5% off with the Target red card. If your circle offer is missing, it should be in the baby registry category, you can call or chat to have them apply the discount manually, but it may take a couple tries to get a helpful agent, so ymmv if you cant find the offer.

If you have a baby registry on Amazon and you have done 100% of the check list (literally you just check every box) then you unlock 15% off of two items on your baby registry list. I forget if spending a certain amount in the baby registry is also a requirement or not...

Also you have to add the pump or whatever item to your baby registry. Go view your registry, then select the option "benefits" and there is a registry completion discount of 15%, so you click "redeem now" and select the elvie from the whopping list it brings up. And during check out you should see an additional 15% taken off of the $424.15 amount (but this also works for the single elvie pump option FYI).
Anyway hope this helps someone, because I think they want too much for this stuff
