//EDIT//
Nevermind, I got it to work. Looks like the phone wasn't added.
I had Google Fi already, and was able to get the Note for $500 off, and get $315 back for my Pixel 4XL. Not the best trade in offer, but pretty good still.
I got a Pixel 3for little when I joined Fi, then traded up to a 4XL last BF for 700 or so with 450 credit, and now I get another 315 credit

What wireless network do they use?
This offer doesn't require any trade-in, correct?
Does Google voice number transfer qualify for this offer?
This requires trade-in, activation, and port. Can someone breakdown why it's good for a heavy data intensive person that's on T-Mobile for $46/mo with unlimited and overseas data & text?
