Interesting! I'm confused! 🙂
Basically, the device you buy has to be in-service for 90 days. That means you need to pay for at least 90 days, and also, the device that automatically gets listed on your Fi account shouldn't change.
If you remove the Fi SIM, it's fine. Just don't insert the Fi SIM into another phone.

Looks like Google reduced their trade-in values. Deal is dead for Note 8 owners (trade-in value is $90 max vs $350). Congrats to those that got in before the revised trade-in values.

A lot of people also said no :/
Yes, but some that said yes asked Customer Service.
The ones that said no used their magical powers to answer, instead of asking CS.

they offered 450 credit when buying the Pixel 4XL, and I had a pixel 3 to trade in.
Sorry one follow up question regarding the fi credits just for future, what happens to fi credit if someone leaves fi but still has like $400 credit. I was with fi from Oct2015-Feb2020 then switched to spectrum 1gb plan because fi become very expensive for my use. Has anything changed with pricing ?

I got pixel 3xl with travel credit so it was basically free.

I've no idea.. I haven't left Fi. I bet there's a google search for that though Wink

as for the comments that it is expensive, I just make sure I stay on Wifi most places, my bill is rarely over $35.
I love that it does not cost me anything more when I travel to Europe

i just cancelled my previous order to use this offer and just an hour ago the trade-in values were higher, spent too long on deciding. and now the trade-in values are way low
