Pretty lame sale if you're looking for wireless. I've been waiting for a deal on the Pro Wireless versions, or the newer 7P's. Neither are included in this though.
Just a warning if you have a big head like I do, the Arctis Pro does not really have an adjustable band and so it hurt my head after some time.
You're better off buying a license for Dolby Atmos or DTS:X through the app store on Xbox as they're on sale currently for like 10 bucks. This turns any headset/headphone into 7.1

Do any of these headsets do 7.1 wireless with Xbox One or PS4?

Dude, I'm with you. I've been visiting their site and here several times a week for like the last 8 months. I was REALLY looking forward to this sale, no pro wireless. Bummer.

Can confirm. I have a big head and the Arctis doesn't fit well on my head. The Sony PS5 pulse 3D headphones work great for me though. (If you can find them in stock)

Kind of wish that Arctis 1 Headset had a Type C input for charging instead of Micro USB

It should. It's just like any other game or app you would own on your Xbox one. I'd be shocked if it didn't. Check the apps description in the store just to be safe. If I'm not mistaken the license are good on pc too.
