This is a great price for a very high megapixel full-frame camera. You do not need to worry about the image quality at all. This camera will produce some stunners and you will be impressed at the amount of detail this thing can pick up (Obviously with the right lens. Don't touch the kit lens and go straight to the Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8).
If you're serious about the hobby and looking to upgrade from APS-C perhaps, this is a good camera that will check off many boxes and keep your wallet happy. This camera is excellent for doing landscapes or anything that doesn't require too much fast action (no sports).
However, if you're using it in situations that I use it in, via Street/Documentary, it can be a very frustrating camera to use.
Focus speed on this is not the greatest, but it is good enough. You will miss some of your shots if you don't have time to carefully compose. But I gotta be honest, this shouldn't be too much of a concern.
The biggest issue with this camera is with transfer speed. The a7rii has a limited data write speed of 30MB/s (it's UHS-1). You can not get a faster SD card to remedy this issue. This is the limitation of the camera and technology on the camera.
This will be an issue as each RAW file hits around 80MB per image. You could shoot JPG to avoid this issue, but if you're doing that, you probably don't need this camera, let's be real. There have been countless times where I'll shoot burst with about 10 images and the camera will just stop working to catch up and write. Obviously, this is an issue if you're in a situation that if you wait, you lose the moment.
I can't comment on video. I don't really use it for that. I certainly imagine the transfer speed would be an issue on 4K video though.
