Can only be brewed using a Lavazza Blue machine
I have tried the lungo with the regular Intensio pods and have not really liked it.
I also noticed its 60% Robusta blend. (I dont want to act like a coffee snob making this comment). A lot more caffiene. So if I do get the Double shot Intensio pods, do I get a Lungo and split them into 2 drinks?
The Intensio in general seems a little more "bitter" than what I am used to. Have you tried the Dolce pods?

I can't really comment on milk drinks because I drink my espresso black, but if I did I would use one capsule per drink so that I can taste the coffee.
I had to edit this. If Intenso is too bitter you might want to try Dolce. I've had them but I prefer Intenso, or Rotondo to them.
