This Acer has 2 HDMI inputs vs. 1 on the Lenovo. The Acer has an internal power supply vs. an external power adapter "brick" for the Lenovo. Acer's power consumption is specified as 16.7 W vs <30 W for Lenovo. Less power = less heat = (usually) higher reliability.
I purchased 2 of these Acer monitors at my local BJs this morning and am very happy with them. Using all default monitor settings except "Eco" mode, which is my preferred brightness level, they render standard LCD test patterns very well. They are calibrated to 1.9 gamma and nicely display a full chromatic range. They generate very little heat: I measured power consumption of just 11 W at 60 Hz refresh and 12 W at 75 Hz refresh, with a 0.67 power factor.
Hint: text contrast is surprisingly better at 75 instead of the default 60 Hz. In Windows 10 the setting is buried here: Settings | System | Display | Advanced display settings | Refresh rate.
