Yes. This does work with simple choice. I went in today, got a new free line, and qualified for this 200 card. There was a listing of qualified plans and SC is one of them! Best thing is to go in and have them check for you.

Qualified activation at wireless center required
activation of a new postpaid line is required

rebate allow up to 14 weeks processing.
All lines must be good standing when the rebate is processed

would we add the line at costco then turn around and call to have the free line promotion applied or do it the other way around?
