sorry noob here. Do you need a Costco membership for this? If yes, can I use my friend's membership? I'm the T-Mobile main account holder and my friend who's under my T-Mobile plan has the Costco membership.

Of course this will not stack with any new device offer because BYOD is bring your own device. But this can stack with the new free line offer!

Does anyone know if the imei matters? As in, I added a new free line and have the $100 rebate pending from September. Can I add a new line and use the same imei as last time and apply for the new $200 rebate?

Why do you want to get tmobile $100 instead of costco's $200???

How exactly does it work at Costco? Do we ask them to add a free line?

Undersood.

But this would work with the Pixel 4a 5G trade-in deal, right? Not the add-a-line, for example trading in an old Pixel to get $250 in bill credits toward the $500 Pixel 4a 5G. In other words, I could do that on the free line I assume, right?

No. Check the details of the new free line offer which begins tomorrow. This new free line offer is different than the previous ones, the term says you can't stack the free line with any other device promo and if you did so, the free line promo will be removed and you end up getting the device promo and pay the line.

Then the question is you can get $200 and the free line from costco, why bother to port in a number & get only $100 from tmobile. The only reason I know is for someone without access to costco...

I like to port 4 numbers from ATT on a family plan. So I will get 200x4=800 Costco card.
Can I still add iphone 12 promo.
I want to go magenta plus so that will be $140 monthly for 4 lines.
