For 1. Take a phone from an existing line as Costco would need a phone for logging the IMEI. Once you get home you can remove the new SIM from Costco and put the old SIM back.

its just a promotion name. I am on Magenta Plus and each new line is $30 .. so they give credit of $30 back to me for free line

For the 1. Do you need to get a number to port in? especially for the Costco @200 rebate?

Who ordered the pixel 4a5g for you? I was told these dont combine and have to be ordered at costco itself at the time of line add. after the fact pixel order is treated as upgrade that gives only half off.

Interesting.. wish they were consistent. Told me had to be phone order had to be done at time of new line addition...

I am still waiting on them to clear the samsung rebates back from august so not wanting to push my luck... Oh well. Cant win all the times.

So it's been 72 hours and my account still doesn't show the 2020 Line on Us 3.
FWIW here is the chat I initiated today with 611:

Me: Hello I need help
