Man what a terrible black Friday. What happened to those FREE AFTER REBATE staples deals...90 % off lowes gift a thons.... etc etc etc.
Who needs another junk 65 inch tv?? Not this guy!
Honestly can't even tell what a black friday price is anymore. BACK IN MY DAY we started black friday on FRIDAY!!

I miss standing in line all night at Circuit City for 4 or 5 awesome deals, where'd you'd get free after rebate items too. I still have 500 or so CDRW's that I got for free back in the day
Can I buy stuff now, avoid craziness on BF morning, and walk in and get an adjustment for the better price? Aren't I crafty?!

Didn't need too much. This year is weird and I am trying to raid my gift closet as much as I can. I also buy stuff throughout the year so I don't break the bank.
That being said, this year there were some really great niche deals due to the pandemic. All November and even on Prime Day. Since many are not going into formal work settings, upscale apparel is cheap.
Also, high end makeup is on sale, brands that rarely go low like Chanel and MAC. (Scored both)
Macy's had a ton of clothes.
Upscale niche handbags are currently cheaper with targeted VIP/invitation only sales.
It is NOT a "DUDE! 99 DOLLAR TVs" year, but toys have also been great for about a month.
The BB gaming computer I snoozed on and lost was also decent.
The Amazon and Target 3 for 2 on books, movies, tv and music has been good this week and on Prime Day. So, I have gotten some good stuff online.
Also small business has stepped up its etail and I am taking advantage of that as well. So...
So it does not suck, it is different, IMHO.
