Experience greater power, range, and speed. With an internal and external lithium ion battery, ES4-800 has a top speed of nearly 15.5 mph and a range of up to 28 miles. The bar for high-performance e-scooters has been raised.

The seller I purchased from is currently out, but I did find a seller on OfferUp too. Wait until I receive mine to see if that's all you need to get it back working. It is supposed to arrive Friday. You may be able to use an aftermarket dash that's been flashed with official FW too, check the Wiki for a seller. They're pretty quick with responding if you have any questions.
Thanks! I'll wait until you get yours changed out. I'm hoping I can change the speed levels so my younger son can use it.

On the scooter that I received, the yellow wire from the 4 pin connector on the base was sliced / cut. Anyone else with a similar issue? See picture. Scooter in good shape otherwise. Whats my solution? Solder?
Yep, solder and heat shrink. No one has reported a broken wire that I know of on here.

Edit - Second one arrived today, works the same as my first one, BT works.

For those who got the model with the continuous blinking bluetooth light, what is the name of the scooter that shows up on your android phone when you first try to pair with it? I downloaded both nine dash and m365 to tweak some settings. Every time I try to pair, my phone's bluetooth module cannot see the scooter. The phone does see other devices like my neighbor's portable speakers.

Like quite a number of people here, I too got the "mph with the red S symbol" model. The battery percentage does update as it charges. Cosmetically, it has a decent number of scuffs and a semi deep gash in the plastic on the right-hand side, but I'm happy with the purchase. The solid tires are DEFINITELY rough on the knees and thanks to poorly maintained city streets, I almost did a superman running over a 1/2" diameter gravel going 10mph.

Overall, this is quickly climbing the charts for the best $240 (when including taxes and 3-year insurance) I've spent in years!

You pair it through the app, not your phone's bluetooth setting.

You sir, are my hero.

Also, thanks for putting together the wiki and being the beta tester for the OEM dashboard.

I ordered an aftermarket dash from Amazon. It arrived today. Will test when I get home from work.

Also, is anyone interested in two scooters in box? I bought 4 for the family but clearly too fast for my 8 and 6 year olds. Would rather not return, trying to meet the spending limit for a CC bonus.

Located in the San Fernando Valley CA. Pickup in Lake Balboa or Sylmar.

Do you have the link for the part from Amazon? Looking forward to seeing if it works for you! Also would you be willing to ship? Been looking for a second, but I'm in the Bay Area.

Mine doesn't have the flashing BT light on it, but the symbol is there and momentarily lights up when it powers on (as do all the symbols). Does this mean there's no way to connect besides a new dash?

Correct or you can send out your current dash to be flashed to regain BT function and open up other capabilities like derestricting the speed.

Since I will not be making any money on it not sure if its worth the risk if it gets lost or stolen during shipping.

I bought this one. All the aftermarket ones appear to be the same thing with different brands. If it doesn't work I will try to flash it or return it:https://www.amazon.com/Facaily-Bl...215&sr=8-2

Those will go quick, there were a few interests on previous pages for another California seller. But you may be able to restrict the speed/have access to the retail speed modes with a flashed dash or OEM dash, so maybe hold off until you can confirm that.

Does this come with any warranty at all? I was planning to buy protection plan. So just checking if there is any manufacturer warranty? Also, am assuming credit cards extended warranty will not cover returb products.. any idea?

I believe it may come with a 60 day one or something, but I don't think it's that great compared to the one through Allstate you purchase through Walmart. It's $22 and covers everything.
