Something that pisses me off - the website now says "get is as soon as Jan 18th". For people who go on the website and order today, will they get the speaker before those who ordered in late November last year (admittedly, at a much lower price, but still)?
People here have been waiting for months now, getting the run around the block with answers and ETA, and they don't ship it to them first?

If that is indeed true, that's f****ed up.

Most likely, that won't be the case. All b/o will be filled and then inventory will be depleted. You can place an order, but it will probably not be filled until a restock.

Is see it in stock, but when I enter my zip code it gives an error to try another zip code. I assume it's because my region's warehouse doesn't have it back in stock yet. Again, strange supply chain.

That would indicate your warehouse has inventory and is creating the label for shipment.

Yesterday I wrote an email to them to threaten FTC complaint and class action lawsuit for the fact that they repeatedly missed the dates that they told me RC 263 would ship but didn't (at least 3 times), and they still kept on selling the item with changing delivery dates. I had been chasing their ass since 12/21, and I threatened them that there must be many people suffering the same issue like I did, and they did not proactively communicate to customers that clearly violated FTC's Prompt Delivery Rule. A class action lawsuit is imminent.

Then after 8 hours of my email, they responded, finally being more proactive about it, and told me that they received stock notification from their warehouse. I assume that my letter was serious enough to get their attention.

Then today, they told me it's getting shipped, and I also finally received my tracking number. I'm not sure if it was coincidence.

I'm leaning towards the possibility of this being a coincidence. The RC263 started shipping last week and continued to ship each day. I've been complaining to them non-stop since 12/21 too but I figured I really can't do anything about it. I got my tracking number earlier today.
