Update: This popular deal is still available and the GE 7.5' Aspen w/ Color Changing LED Lights now includes a bonus Google Nest Mini + Smart Plug. Lowe's.com has Select Christmas Trees on sale below. Shipping is free for select items, or choose free curbside pickup where available.
Thanks Slickdeals Deal Hunter rsvpd for finding this deal.
Note: Pricing and Availability for shipping/pickup may vary by location.
I have the 7.5 holiday living tree which I bought last year. It is beautiful for sure, and easy to set up, but when I got it out this year, about 35 lights didn't turn on immediately. Then those 35 started flickering on and off for a couple of days before it seems like they are fairly solidly on now. Obviously I'm worried this tree will not last another year.

So our 7ft tree that we got from Target last year broke in half yesterday, so we swung by Lowes to get the GE 7.5 prelit tree for $158. After fluffing and decorating, we are really happy with it!
I received my tracking on Saturday, and it still says "Shipment Info Received". I called Lowe's and they said it is set to ship out by the 8th - might be the same for you.
Tracking number does not work at all. Did you see any movement on your order tracking?
i seriously thought it was some kind of joke not because it had holes in it but also the 150 dollar price tag. which is 50 percent off the original price tag ladies and gentlemen.

I feel like you can get a Nest/Alexa/Home with anything as a package deal. I'm surprised it didn't come with the shirt that had nipple holes posted earlier.
Just got this one to compare to the two I have from the post above. I'll report back when it arrives in the next couple days.
I stopped by Lowes today. The $149 tree in this deal, it looked awful. I assume they didn't fluff it up for some reason, but it looked very bare. The tree you linked, it looked terrific. Unfortunately they only had the floor model. I'll be buying that with in-store pickup.
Bought the GE on Saturday. Put it up only to find out it had a short. Kind of glad as I wasn't thrilled with it at all. Branches "sharp", sparse as can be (you can literally see right through it), lights too bright and just looked weird. Returned it for the Holiday Living 7.5' from Home Depot. So much nicer. Wife even agreed.
Do you have a model number or link to the HL from HD?

This is the tree I purchased after seeing the 158 tree in this thread. Hands down I'm positive you will like the tree you purchased. The regular yellow is a little bright, but I'm looking at it right now and it's really nice. It also comes with a 2 year warranty and was really easy to setup. The only downside is the app is absolutely worthless when used with Amazon Alexa. I did not try it with google. My opinion is to skip the app altogether and use your own plug automation. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and the material looks and feels like a quality tree. When I purchased the $198 tree in store it was not as nice as some of the 400 to 500 trees but was very close. The $158 tree in this post looks nothing like the picture - the tip count on it is fake news.

Thanks, that's great to hear. Yeah, when I was looking at the reviews for the $198 tree, I saw that almost all of the complaints were related to the "smart features". Most spoke highly of the tree's appearance and the user photos looked good. I have a good amount of home automation going but I don't really need it to change light functions on a Christmas tree. Honestly I just prefer it either on steady white or multii-colored anyways. The only thing I need is for it to turn on and off at the times I want and I have plenty of smart outlets to accomplish that.
I'm having the same experience. I fluffed this damn thing pretty damn good. I fluffed more than I've ever fluffed before. A little more sparse than I was hoping. Still, not terribly bad and well-placed garland and ornaments would help.
In fact I bought it after I had already bought a $79 tree from home depot that was a SD a couple of weeks ago. That one had 1600 less tips yet I put them next to each other after both being thoroughly fluffed and the HD one actually may be a little bit fuller.
Now the good thing about this tree is the outer tips have realistic needles and looks nice. It's slim without being too slim and the 750 lights on it look great and that number of lights is higher end for this price range. Has an outlet in the tree for a tree topper but it's not a polarized plug so a topper with a plug that has the one prong bigger than the other won't connect to this outlet.
I decided to buy one more tree that was on sale and will compare that to the two I have, then I'll keep two and return one.
Just a typo folks...1600 less tips would be the Charlie brown Xmas tree . 🤣
I have the home depot black friday tree for $79 and it is great

Not a typo on my part, Likely on GE and Lowes. HD tree = 1133 PVC tips. GE tree = 2895 mixed PE/PVC tips per the websites. So it's actually 1700 less tips claimed! Yeah, there is no way the GE tree has that many tips. It's as sparse as the other tree.
Did you have a chance to set this one up yet? If so, your thoughts compared to the other two?
Unfortunately can't do that because Lowes farked up delivery and I haven't received it yet. Then they had me playing phone tag between them and Courier Express today. Lowes says they use Courier Express to ease the volume through UPS and FedEx, then Courier Express says they can't handle the volume right now so delays should be expected. Well I'm glad Lowes told me that when I made the purchase...oh wait, they didn't.
