Not entirely. I found BB&B had them available about 3 weeks ago when Sodastream's website was sold out. I picked up 2. However, I don't think they're currently filling them to the same capacity as they used to.
No. Sodastream.com has refill CO2 cartridges in stock. I ordered 2 and they were delivered just 2 days ago.
