And who knows? Maybe some people who pre-ordered early (e.g., October) are starting to receive the production batches now. I don't know for sure, though.

I received my code for the free v3 cam within 60 seconds or less of the email with the credit in it.

I have a totally different problem if anyone has any idea why...?
I placed the order for the CamPlus and it went through just fine and then like a minute later when I went to place the order for the free v3 camera and the website would not accept the very same credit card for the order that I just used a minute before with no issues. Any ideas as to what the problem might be? I know the card is fine but just to make sure I contacted Wyze support and they had me try another card which did the exact same thing?? The guy helping me couldn't figure out what is going on and he tried for an hour to get it sorted out to no avail. Anyone have any ideas or having the same problem???
Oh and also I don't even own any Wyze cameras yet, so yes I am a new customer.

Thanks for the correction. I misstated the case because the new subscription kicked in immediately when I switched from the monthly to annual plan. That had to be so that there is no gap in the service, and it is not the same as a new subscription. Therefore, I stand corrected.

I just got off the phone with Wyze support. They confirmed i have the BF subscription deal, but they have been running into problems with their email systems sending the promo code.
But, we all should be receiving the email within this week. If not, can reach out to support again next week.

The shipping price is killing this deal for me. I ordered their Robot vac and 2 cam v3s. Got free shipping. Then this offer came. I asked their support if I can update my order to include 2 Cam plus instead of cam v3s, so that I can keep the free shipping and take advantage of this new offer. However, they refused to update the same order. Only option for me is to cancel old order and place a new one, which will be subject to shipping charges. Even though my order has robot vac for $200 in it. They might be very good with their products, but still naive when it comes to their ordering/sales dept. Earlier it used to be free shipping over $25. Now its over $99, I believe. Its crazy!!

After I ordered, I receive an email for $3.75 Credit Balance(Credit for v3 shipping waiting period x3). But doesn't seem to get it to use to finish the order. Any idea what the credit is for and how to use it?

I bought 2 Wyze Cam Pan and Tilt on Amazon last Monday and received them yesterday. Just signed-up for 2 Cam Plus subscription today and immediately received $7.50 credit for v3 shipping waiting period and also received an email for the V3 coupon. These will replace my Foscam and I can't believe how much better these things are compared to Foscam R4.
