My recommendation to T-Mobile... Cyber Monday Loyalty Discount:

1-year with T-Mobile $20-off.
5-years... $100-off.
10-years... $200-off
15-years... $300-off.

Simple...

Almost bit on the free watch, but $15 per month is too much. I'm already maxed out the auto pay discount. Poor choice by TMobile to price their watch lines this way. Their miss on the ability to extract some more $$ each month from me.

It showed up as $25 for me when I checked online on my t-mob account. However, I tried calling customer care and they had confirmed it cost me an additional $10 per line as per my existing simple choice plan and they successfully had placed an order for me. Documentation clearly shows additional line cost as $10 + taxes. I just paid $10 SIM card fee + device taxes today. Hope this helps. This would be my 9th line on my account.
So all of us have to call again ?

For those who did it online, what does the checkout page look like? How do you know if you did this correctly or that the promo applied?

You can't cancel the line and keep getting monthly credits... also what plan do you have that's $10/month?
You can cancel other lines. Just not the line you just added. I'm on Simple Choice and a new line costs $10+$5 in taxes per month.

I call 611, rep said I needed to buy 2 iPhone XRs, and then 1 will be credited. Spent over an hour on the phone with this rep and we kept going back and forth. Why do I need two phones when I add one line!!??!! I asked to speak to a supervisor after an hour mark, and I'm still on hold. Does anyone know how I can escalate and file a complaint?

I didn't do it online because monthly plan was showing $25 instead of $10.

There is a Discord channel? Is it for T-Mobile chat or a SlickDeals Discord server? How do we join, thanks.

Hi! First time slickdeals commenter. Long time slickdeals user (since the start of slickdeals.net).
The Free Line with Apple Iphone XR 64GB is REAL! See attachment of receipt!

My Story:
I stopped by T-mobile for a free line. Talked to the T-mobile manager and asked about the free Iphone xr promotion. He read the promotion. He called T-mobile corporate office to verify. He confirmed that the deal is good. He went back to get the phone from "the safe" and rang me up. I paid the taxes (see attachment) on the Iphone xr and left with my new free Iphone xr.
I showed the manager these links:
https://www.t-mobile.com/cell-pho...-iphone-xr
https://www.t-mobile.com/offers/deals-hub

Aftermath: I talked with the Manager about possible negative outcomes from the Iphone xr promotion, where it would affect my current plan or this offer was a pricing mistake that could force me to pay for the phone full price. He assured me that all the notes and voice recording will be available -- if problems were to arise.

Also, I wanted to verify my T-mobile account that there was no other (hidden or not hidden) charges, but my account hasn't updated. Also, this offer ends today so i will be posting it now.

Yes, that is exactly what I am saying.
Hi, thanks for this share. When did you add a line to get the Free Add a Line promo? I did mine online back on Nov. 25th and I have yet to receive the SIM card but I see online that they already assigned a phone number and have correctly put the "Line On Us 3 (Additional Lines)" promo on the account.

I'm wondering if I can still get a free phone for the just added line. An iPhone XR or REVVL 5G would be great, but I'd be happy if I could get just an REVVL 4+.

Looking at your receipt, where does it say that you will get promotional credits for 24 months to offset the financing cost of the phone? Or do you just have to hope that the promo will work correctly?

*Update:
I checked my account the next day and noticed a few changes. This was added to my T-mobile account: Plan Details > $20 2020 Line on Us 3 (Additional Lines) AND $20 2020 3rd Line On Us 2 (Additional Lines). It's my belief that I was able to combine the free line + free iphone xr, but I've to wait a couple of months to confirm it worked. I was just hoping this would help someone for CyberMonday!

Their smartwatch plans are only $10 for the line, cheaper than TMobile's $15
