I went before I received the "order is ready" e-mail.

They looked at my order and I walked out with 2 tumblers.

Funny thing about 5 minutes later I got a single "your order is ready" e-mail, but not the 2nd one. I used paypal for one and my CC for the other if it mattered.

I ordered two. Separate guest check out. One was ready and I was able to pick it up this morning . I figured they canceled the other, but the employees said they were having system issues and couldn't pull the order. I'll keep checking back

Same, I never got an email that tells me to pick it up. Just went and the guy gave it to me, he just made sure it was to his store. Their online system was down so he couldn't pull it up and give me a receipt or anything.

My local Ace said they've been locked out of the system all morning. Said the orders were in there but they weren't able to get to them yet because it keeps locking up.

Ordered several for store pickup yesterday. Had to place orders individually to get the discount as when I placed multiple in the cart it would remove the discount from some. Today got order ready email and went and got all my orders. No issues. Store actually apologized that I couldn't do it all in a single transaction. Awesome deal at 50% off and awesome customer service at store!
