Came across this at my local tractor supply store. Normally $599 and at $419 is basically what I paid for my 15 gallon dewalt. If you have a workshop or use alot of air tools in your garage this is a pretty good deal for a 60 gallon unit pushing 11.5 CFM at 90PSI.
The DEWALT Stationary Belt Drive Air Compressor is proudly made in the USA and features a 3.7 HP heavy duty induction motor with an oil lubricated, belt driven, cast iron, in-line twin cylinder pump that delivers 155 Max PSI, 13.4 SCFM at 40 PSI and 11.5 SCFM at 90 PSI.Â

FYI, this is a 240 volt model, so you can't plug it into a "normal" (120 volt) household outlet. Great price for what you're getting, as long as you have the hookups that this requires.

Poor quality single stage compressor. Maybe screwed together in US but made of low grade generic Chinese parts. Check reviews.

Yeah, hard to argue with the price though. A comparable Quincy (real USA made with a Baldor motor) is about $800, and $1300 for their dual-stage unit. One tip for compressor shopping in general - CFM is what really matters. Especially for media blasting and heavy air tool use (die grinders, air sanders, etc).

Tractor supply had 25% all dewalt compressors. The 30 Gallon was going for $359. Also just a 120v so no special wiring needed.

just stopped in to say I bought this compressor about a year ago about this same price, perhaps a few dollars less on sale. Finally got it installed about 2 months ago, after selling the smaller ones it replaced and having installed a 1/2" black pipe distribution system in my basement (where the comp is located) to a couple locations and into the garage. Six air use stations total in the house now. It has been a nice system so far.

I can say the reviews on this unit are in fact better than most in its price range and above. To me, it's exactly what I paid for. A nice unit, easy purchase, perfect function, very cheap price. I expect to get many years service out of it. And you ??
