I was half tempted to email them and ask for the 5% difference but I figure it wasn't worth the time. Plus I think they're a family business or something.
Currently, I'm tempted to order more masks using the 15% discount. Best price for KN95s I've seen that are well reviewed.

Because I got the HAs during the pandemic, I remember wearing a mask without the tack buttons and they help significantly. It's not the most chic look, but it's extremely functional and no one really notices it. I would probably do this even if I didn't have hearing aids.
