That's a different model--the one in the OP has the integrated LatteGo Milk Frother which is a more expensive unit

....hmmmm .... it just disappeared on amazon but remains in stock at best buy . . . I suspect it'll resurface at Amazon as a price match later...

Yeah I was following this on Amazon all day today.. Stock was at about 18 left this afternoon..then slowly dropped to about 8 then poof all gone when I saw OPs post.

Been following the Gaggia Anima was $650, the price shot up $90 on Amazon w/ prime. The other companies had it for for $600 and $214 shipping to Alaska. The shipping went up $100 in the last couple of days.... if anyone see a deal while looking at Gaggia super auto's please let me know....

We got this machine during the last sale. We use it everyday and love it. Machine pays for itself quickly, and with better quality results, vs our previous Latissima Nespresso machine. Lavazza Super Crema are our go-to beans, taste great, and intermittently go on sale on Amazon. This machine is a winner, you won't be disappointed.

It seems like it's going in-and-out of stock on Amazon . . .like you, I've been following this Philips unit for a while and this is the first price drop in quite sometime . . . I would hope that it will come back in stock on Amazon but who knows . . . in the last few days I vacillated on the discounted BestBuy Nespresso unit and Amazon Calphalon unit yesterday only to see them go out of stock/sale over . . . if you don't want to take chances on missing out on this deal, your best bet may be using a %back credit card like Discover with BestBuy like arthurking mentioned above... really the only reason to wait on Amazon is if you have the Amazon Visa Signature card for the 5% + 5% back in rewards special (*if* they are still offering that) vs 5% with Discover on BestBuy/similar...
