I've used Eneloops for years and was very happy with them. Two years ago I bought my first EBL batteries from a deal posted here. I have 24 of these, 3 each in 6 headlights (Coast, also bought from a Slick deal) used and recharged daily, 7 days a week. They still keep the lights running for a full shift and not a one has failed. I've since bought 24 more that I use at home. They'll sit on the shelf for 6 months and stay fully charged. I just can't bring myself to pay for the Panasonics any more. These are just as good.

around 3 am , i saw there was a deal on the 8 AAA's for $8.79 and 20% = $7.03.
was tempted to buy them but wanted to research of they were any good.
when i woke up, the 20% was gone. alas.
it seems they are decent batteries for some things, maybe dont hold the charge as well.
i don't imagine the charger is any better than the panasonic chargers i have, is it?
(BQ-cc17, bq-390) wouldnt mind a better charger but i doubt this is it.

New to rechargeable AAA's. Would folks suggest these or the IKEA LADDA's? I've heard that the IKEA ones are Eneloops which appear to be better? Thx

Laddas are made in Japan like Eneloops -- unlike these EBL ones which are made in China. Typically batteries made in Japan are notably better than those made in China.

These EBL batteries are trash. They will not last. I would save my money and buy the Ikea ones.

Sorry, I had opposite experience. I got 16 of them. Few of them can hardly hold any charge after last than a year. I prefer to pay little more for the Japanese one.

I cal BS. Not even enloops would last that long unless you only play once a year.

Did you measure the capacity? It seems too good to be true. Few AAA has the capacity higher than 1000 mAh. Even black eneloop pro has only 950 mAh.
