Yes u can, i just did.
No meaningful difference on the toothbrush side. The extra cleaning modes on the 5300 are superfluous.

But, you get 2 extra brush heads and a travel case. The case costs $12 standalone and the 2 brushheads cost about $13, so it's worth it to get this deal over the 4100 if you have a use for the travel case.

What was the model that you could toss into like a glass looking cup to charge? Always liked that. Since the bottom gets funky.
