Basically for the 2 Citi balance transfer cards without any other type of rewards program tied to them.

It just worked! I saw a $5 gift card already "sold out", but the $10 was in there! I was able to sign on with my Citi login on a .citi.com address, so no problem there. I did notice I had to sign out of citi.com first, in order to switch cards. I didn't know about the site, but I was already on the highest tier.

According to Citi.com:

Good lord this was a pain to find. Like others, trying to log into the city easy deals site just took me back to my regular citi dashboard. Instead, from my citi dashboard, I went to
  1. Rewards & Benefits
  2. Card Benefits
  3. Scroll down to Shopping Benefits
  4. Offers for You
  5. Clicked View My Benefit
  6. Then clicked "View More"
  7. Clicked one of the "View More Easy Deals" buttons
  8. Then it warns you you're leaving citi.com blah blah blah
  9. Hover over the Gift Card Menu
  10. Click on Special Offers
  11. NOW at the top there will be the free amazon gift card.

That was a lot of work to finally find it.

For what it's worth, it looks like I also have a free $10 Wawa gift card, but I think i'm like a 1000 miles from the nearest Wawa

Also, for those who don't know, most of the dining deals are basically a printable Entertainment book coupon. A lot of them are BOGO deals, though some of them are just a percent off. I used a BOBO offer a month ago. They're only good for 14 days, so don't print it until you're sure you want to go soon.
