There is currently no plan to add the support for Onemesh on the C4000,

2) Not true. People have been saying "I'm waiting for WiFi 6e!" for over a year or so now. We won't be seeing WiFi 6e in a couple years and who knows when devices will support 6e. And at that point, you'll be saying "I'm just going to wait for WiFi 7".

The last 2 generations (iPhone 11, iPhone 12) support WiFi 6. Android phones have had WiFi 6 for years. WiFi 6e is the one that will not be supported for at least a couple years. The PS5 also supports WiFi 6.
Also, there's more to speed than gigabit. For example, a home network with many devices will greatly benefit from WiFi 6's new protocols. Also, the enhanced 2.4 network and better density of the 5 ghz on WiFi 6 makes a huge difference.
