The boost SIM cards that uses Sprint will have the sprint logo on them.
Despite the new T-Mobile sim cards being GSM, you can't just hotswap the sim onto another device in most cases just like the CDMA sims. You would have to either go to the site/talk with support to tie the sim with a new device or get an additional sim.
The devices that are compatible with the new sims are still growing, so check if the IMEI number of your device to see if it works with the network. There is a weird quirk with checking compatibility and sometimes in cases where the device SHOULD be supported but the boost site is saying it isn't, you have to talk to an in-store employee or phone rep check the IMEI on their system and it should magically work on the user's end afterwards.
Feel free to ask me any questions if you have any.

Ohh man. I wish I knew it earlier. I just few hours back ported to speed talk for a month. But need to shell out this $10 for doing so. âšī¸

Just call 611 and ask for account number. They don't charge fees.
Not worried about the double data promo. Just want to have a sim around for emergencies or porting deals.
