Not as low as previous FP deals at $16.39, but this hasn't been this low in a while according to 3C's. It's the 4th lowest price it has ever been. Looks like there is a max of 3 per order.
Charizard binder is also the same price with 100 pages.

If you collect, you never want 2 cards in one sheet. trust me, your cards will stay in better condition in single sheets. a really old man who loved baseball cards taught me that trick, showed me cards of his 40 years old looking better than his sons 20 year old cards. the difference was single sheets vs 2 sided ones. when you flip pages, 2 sided sheets that are loaded put more weight on the card when pressing down. if you show or rearrange your cards often the pressure adds up and the cards suffer for it. single sheets and a nice dark drawer is best.
of course, any rarer cards you want in hard plastic. also with yugioh and Pokemon it doesn't matter but for sports , wrestling, and anime cards you want to read the backs. can't do that in 2 siders
Well your first choice is a lot better when giving yourself a stranger

They didn't even have 2-sided sheets 40 years ago. That's when you'd squeeze two cards (back to back), into a single sleeve - obviously terrible for cards.
