Paypal + Discover card: Earn a $10 statement credit on purchase $50+ using Discover card at PayPal and redeem any amount of Discover rewards
I saw this when I logged out from my account. Says no Activation required. See attached for screenshot.

In order to pay with points on Paypal, you must enable paying with point for each of your credit cards. Login to Paypal, then click on the Wallet tab, under Discover credit card, click on "Link Discover Cashback", then the right hand side of the page will display the Discover card and a link "Get Started", click on it to enable paying with cashback.

This is a targeted offer. Check your email associated with a Discover credit card account to see if you're eligible. (Link does not mention the $10 reward.)
