Yes. If you're going to buy one of these cheap vanities, Always coat the bottoms of them with some kind of sealant before you install them. Or the water will get absorbed, draw up, swell up and ruin the cabinet.

guys you really want to pay extra for plywood version. If you get water on MDF, it will destroy it. Waste of money imo

The "original" prices on these are an absolute joke. If anyone pays $300-400 for cheap MDF, it's basically theft (referring to the Style Selections ones).

The Allen and Roth ones are of better quality. With that said, availability is hard to find.

We are doing a remodel right now and in-store options are pretty limited especially for 36" vanities.
