There's some sort of housing and divorce metaphor going on here that I am not fully prepared to apply to scissors.

These are really low rent scissors. Good luck getting much use out of them before they separate.

I have to say I really liked my 3 for $7 (during coupon cycle) Scorch scissors from Costco. Compared to another Scorch I purchased from Amazon for $1, the Costco ones are much better quality. With that said, you can buy 14 scissors here vs 3 at Costco (during coupon cycle), decisions decisions

The trick is to put a pair of scissor in every drawer within the house, then you won't have to worry about losing your scissors

Give it a month. Instead of 6 pairs of scissors in each room, you'll have 6 pairs of scissors laying on a random shelves in the garage, and you'll be wondering how the hell you lost 6 pairs of scissors.

Just what sort of stuff are you cutting? Loose threads and parchment paper are pretty much what I use scissors with.
