I have these and really enjoy them. Very comfortable. It's true as said above that stereo mode is awful. You need to download the ngenuity app through windows apps to have this work well and make sure it's on 7.1, but the battery life is fantastic, the wireless charging works great, and the audio fidelity is passable given this price point for wireless (granted I don't use this for any higher fidelity uses). It also has good range as I can walk pretty far into my backyard and keep connection. I'm a medical provider and have used this set to call patients since March with no issue. It's also really easy to actively change volume between the game/media and chat mix which I didn't realize I'd use as much as I do.

That being said, I would not get these if you were an audiophile and need an impressive audio experience. It works for me, but if you're spending over 100 dollars to get a set that "bumps", this isn't your set.

Looks like these are very quiet in stereo mode if that matters to anyone. Seems like an issue due to EU limiting headphone output and they only released 1 global option. If you only want them for 7.1, that volume level seems to be fine.

I am waiting for a sale on the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro. Last "deal" they were offering was a $10 coupon for signing up for their email thing, plus a $25 gift card, at around Black Friday time. But thing is, there isn't anything else I want or need from Razer as I have all my other gear ready to go, so the $25 gift card was worthless to me. I am hoping they do something at the end of the year, or I will just stick with my wired earbuds + separate mic setup even though I hate all the wires involved.

I got these on the Cyber Monday deal and am using them on the PS5. I'm coming from Astro A50 Gen 2's and I think I prefer these. I was iffy on getting them because I kept reading about white noise issues, but I don't have any at all.

What happens when the internal battery dies? Is it replaceable?

Edit: I know it's rechargeable, just not sure if the headset would become a paperweight once the internal battery is dead if it's not user replaceable.

I got these as part of the Black Friday sale. I was initially put off by some of the reviews before I received my headset, but I'm glad to say that they are VERY comfortable and I don't have any white noise issues. I use these with my PC (don't have consoles), and I prefer keeping the sound in stereo mode as the 7.1 feels very gimmicky to me. Volume levels are OK though it will heavily depend on the source output levels - something that may help is enabling "Loudness Equalization". In my case, I typically have the headset at around 30-40% volume for comfortable listening in a quiet room, but the majority of my audio sources don't make my ears bleed at 100%.

I have these currently. DO NOT BUY THIS. They have severe white noise compared to other wireless headsets. Everything else is great. Its comfortable, well built, but the barely noticable white noise makes your ears tired. I had these head phones for about two months. Gonna return them.
