Garbage company
Agreed. I've been waiting 4 weeks for a pair of baby socks from Gap Factory. I chose the "no rush" free shipping, and the tracking history is laughable. It's gone across the country and back, then "shipped to sender", which apparently was an Auto Body Parts store.
....yet I still couldn't pass up a sweater with a cat on it and that parka for $40. HashtagGlutton
I agree, I wouldn't buy anything from the factory online because the sizes can be incorrect. Much better to inspect it at the store
