  1. Download Google Pay App (Android or iOS)
  2. Add Qualifying Payment Card to your Google Pay Account
  3. Follow On-screen Prompts and accept terms & conditions
  4. Swipe to "Explore" Tab in the App
  5. Scroll until you find the Target offer
  6. Click to Activate the offer
  7. Click Enroll Card
    • You may need to Click Activate again
  8. Spend $50 or more at Target.com or in-store using the payment card enrolled at Google Pay
    • Once the Reward is Earned, it will be deposited to "Your Money" in Google Pay.
    • You may redeem the cash back reward 30 days after your qualifying purchase.

The deal can be triggered when purchasing a gift card.

Do NOT use Paypal or anything other than the "Credit Card" option during checkout folks. Using any other form of checkout even funding it via the same credit card is not the same. Make sure you use the same credit card that you enrolled on your Gpay account too.

They need to install using your link and register for Rewards during installation -- then have them:

Open GPay app
Click on their name icon (top right)
Click on 3dots (top right)
Click on Referral Code -- it should show your code there if its properly attached

I had existing Google pay. I uninstalled app, reinstalled and completed the target deal. Ordered $50 mobile gift card and sent it to myself. Got the $21 credit. Then I referred my wife who had never used Google pay. Did the same deal from her account. Got the $21. Then, my wife sent me $10 through Google pay. We both got $21 referral credits. We had to register debit cards for sending the $10 and transferring it out. In the end, charged $100 on two credit cards for $100 in target cards. Transferred $31 from my account and $21 from wife's account back to our debit cards. Will receive $21 target bonus on each account in 30 days. So, $16 out of pocket for $100 in target cards - and giving up my privacy so Google and Rak-uten and others can see how we spend our money on credit cards...

If you can't see your rewards, restart your phone. For some reason that seemed to work on both mine and my wife's phones.
