Have you tested it? If so did you contact Amex? My order shows one bill with one total price.

I just got the amex email that my purchased qualified. To be safe you can just add the extra battery with dual charger for 34.99 (https://gopro.com/en/us/shop/moun...D-001.html) or extra battery for 13.99 (https://gopro.com/en/us/shop/moun...T-001.html) and it would put you over the 349 with tax before the subscription.

I bought this deal last month as well and they do indeed bill subscription and hardware separately even though when you're checking out it's one charge altogether. It'll show up as two separate transactions on your statement. I fought with Amex to get the credit but they wouldn't budge. They said subscription cannot count toward the 349 minimum spend even though subscription is not an exclusion in their terms and conditions. Pretty BS imo

Bought the deal, hopefully some of the issues with the 9 will be solved with firmware soon. Taking a chance at this price point. The 70 AMEX credit sealed the deal for me, already got the confirmation from AMEX.
