migraine..bad enough...now the med that I finally gave in and took only took part of the pain away but has added the effect of extreme lethargy...not good to be driving like this.

I was listening to a health show the other day and they reported that 90% of all headaches are dehydration related and that if you get a headache, even migrane ones, to drink a lot of water and wait 10-20 minutes and they usually will go away. The other interesting part of the report is that 10-15% of all migrane headaches are caused by migrane headache drugs. I tried the water trick on my last headache and it did in fact work for me.

I slept with the bedroom windows open hoping to benefit from the cool breezes (instead of a/c) and hoping to hear the rain. Instead I overslept and woke up with sinus issues forcing me to take a sinus pill.
