Yup, avoid the german 'original' packages, almost a guaranteed fake. But thats what happens when you sell a brush head for $5, which would get you 12 genuine full size colgate/other brand toothbrushes, the markup on oral-b and sonicare heads are insane.

I've even received knockoffs when Amazon was the seller. Best to avoid buying electric toothbrush heads from Amazon altogether.

My understanding is Amazon mixes stock between themselves and 3rd party sellers, so you're not even guaranteed genuine when sold by Amazon.com.
