Just out of curiosity, why does this matter? Or is this a joke and it went over my head? I would hope that people aren't returning body wash.

Not a joke, just something to be mindful of, Sometimes product get damaged in transit When not properly packaged like the "top came loose/off", "one is missing", stuff like that.

I bought body wash all the time on Amazon Warehouse for cheap.
