I don't think the picture is correct. I believe this is unlocked and also does not require a discrete graphics card as pictured. Does not include heatsink FWIW.

according to Gamers Nexus CPU roundup this CPU is a top choice once the price falls below $250. My computer died so I can't wait for the 11600 so it looks like this is the one for me since I'm not willing to pay $370 for a 5600x.
