According to brickseek, there are 9 sets at two stores nationwide at this price or lower. There are 2200 lowes stores in the U.S.

You have a 0.0040 chance of finding this set at this price.

Good luck with that.

I don't mind these YMMV deals. I have posted some myself. But it would be better if you had at least a 25% chance of finding them.
