I'm in the market for this thing and this seems like a solid price but has anybody seen a deal close to this price with a battery included?

If you have a time machine I got this with two 5ah batteries for $160

it's a nice tool but I ended up selling it because my M12 stubby pretty much replaced it 95% of the time

I bought mine last summer on Amazon for 129 bare tool that's the lowest I've ever seen it and I've been watching these for the last 2 years. At this price I see it often but never with batteries

I had no problems or issues with them. I bought this impact from them last month for $139, no tax.

How often does this go on sale. I've been waiting on it to, think it will go any lower or with a battery or just buy it now?

I own both the M12 stubby and the Dewalt DCF894 and the Dewalt has to be pulled out all the time to take over. The Milwaukee M12 will handle most nuts and bolts but falls flat on anything more than a lug nut(can't remove all lug nuts on trucks). The M12 also really struggles on long bolts and fails. I use the M12 more just because it is slightly smaller but I would never give up a Mid Torque Impact. If I had to choose 1 it would be the Dewalt.

M12 Milwaukee Stubby is 250ftlbs break away (max tightening isn't listed but around 100ftlbs)
Dewalt DCF894 is 600ftlbs break away(330 max tightening)

IF the m12 stubby doesnt work I go straight for my dcf899
stubby works on most car lugnuts or lugbolts... but it definitely can be abit week for truck nuts or ones rusted on for years in the salt belt (NE OHIO)

I found I dont really need the middle impact.. just large and small.
of course many people might find this dewalt mid torque is the one they go for.

Also "nut busting torque" say that with a straight face.. is overrated there is no official test method.. so they just wing it... somewhat like peak watts vs rms watts in car audio.

For those looking for a battery and increased power, Amazon has the dcf899 with 4.0AH for $200.

I actually have the M12 Stubby and was looking at this since I have tons of Dewalt batteries.

The M12 stubby runs out of juice fast on a 3.0ah

Rather not spend $$$ on a 6.0ah M12 when I have so many 20V Dewalt batteries.

m12 stubby actually even more impressive torque with bigger battery. I got a free 6ah with 88$ nonfuel drill+impact driver kit.

Nothing wrong with the dewalt mid torque its half the weight of the big dcf899 impact wrench.
just for me it was used about 1% of the time so I sold it.
