I have not tried these myself yet. I was hoping to get them individually to try them before buying them in bulk.

In the search, this price at Sams seems to be a good deal. These are $.50 a piece in this deal.

If you use your Freedom Chase card and have registered for 1st quarter categories, it is 5% back for wholesale clubs. Free Shipping with Plus members at Sams.

https://www.samsclub.com/p/slimfa..._product_2

Walmart currently has them for $2.00 a piece
Target has a buy 1 get 1 at 50% off some nutritional bars & supplements (these came up on my search there). Making them $.53 a piece.

If anyone has tried these could you let us know how either the peanut butter cup of the peanut clusters taste or if they are a good value at this price.

Because keto counts net carbs...these both are 2 net carbs...they are definitely keto

For anybody on the (keto) fence, these things are fantastic. I regularly have trouble getting all of my calories in, and these help AND are tasty

The peanut butter cups are pretty good. Not quite as good as the Keto Cups you can get in Whole Foods, but definitely still a treat and obviously much cheaper.

These aren't bad if you're doing low-carb/Keto and your protein is too high compared to your fat. One of these can help boost the fat score. Also nice to have that treat at the end of a meal. Also not bad if you're having a moment of weakness during the diet.

All depends on where you start. Best to steer clear of anything processed/packaged as "Keto".

Due to being no sugar and low carb (not keto) I've gotten the peanut butter cup before. They are good.
That said you have to be careful with what's marked "keto". The clusters have soluble corn fiber, which is not a true fiber and does affect blood sugar. A lot of keto products are putting that in, or "vegetable fiber" (unknown source) or "isomaltooligosaccharides" which raises blood sugar worse than corn fiber, they also go under different names. Inulin is a good fiber but costs more so most go for the cheap stuff. It's dangerous because people who are diabetic buy that type of thing, believing the packaging. Have to look at ingredients and do research.

I had been buying lakanto sugar free syrup, then one order the taste was terrible. For the first time since going sugar free I was shaky before lunch. Looked at the ingredients and they had changed them , second ingredient was tapioca "fiber" (which is isomaltooligosaccharides). I believe these fake fibers are just another form of corn syrup (of which corn fiber is made from, supposedly filtering out the sugar). Quest used to use tapioca fiber until it all came to light and they switched to corn fiber. From my research corn fiber does not affect the blood sugar as much, but does some. Also from own experience I have ate quest bars before with no issue, but it's not an ingredient I want to eat regular especially since it's super hyper processed.
