Have you read both the book and listened to audiobook? Would you recommend the audiobook over the reading book
With that said, can anyone speak to if this book (and the third) are similar to that? I am not a big time reader so it does make it harder to finish books that lose my interest for too many pages.

The books are quite different to the movies. Only some parts were adapted. I read the books first before the movies came out.
I get that, but is it the same thing where it's like "they are on street x" and now on "street y" with no understanding of how those streets interact or their proximity to one another?

Watched it again last night.
Haven't gotten around to reading them. I know the books are probably better, but I have an aversion to reading something when I know I can get just as much enjoyment out of watching it.

Yes! I feel like that was happening in the part I remember from the 1st giving up on. I don't think it was quite that bad though.
I read reviews with others mentioning this too.
I think it's why usually when these go on sale, they try to get people to get hooked on the Ludlum ones and hope readers will be interested enough to get the other ones in the series too.
I've got 3 or 4 of the books, but not much interest in reading any of them.
