What happened?
What? Best Buy is one of the best retailers.
This model also comes in a black color. That version has a nice leather lid, but the trackpad / fingerprint reader on the black version is straight up weird. Instead of having distinct recesses for them, they're integrated smoothly into a glass slab on the bottom half of the keyboard. It feels weird and it's extremely easy to lose track of where the trackpad is by touch since there's no physical barriers to it.
Some people like it, but for me, this version is a better buy for the money. It's also cheaper.

I thought i was the only guy with similar problem. Two of my orders got lost in recent months. Spent hours on the phone with useless bestbuy customer service. got refund only for one so far. For the second lost order they want me to jump thru more hoops.
Last time I bought a laptop and it had no charger. I thought charger was essential, no?
Funny thing is seems Best Buy for some reason is known for lost packages in transit. I remember that happened on the Dell 32" curved gaming monitor everyone wanted. Someone must have stole it, since you can clearly see the Dell box packaging. No idea what you're talking about that they will not refund money if it never showed delivered.
