I have this one and like it. I had a Cosori one previously that I replaced with this Ninja one and the Ninja is easier to clean for me. Nothing wrong with either, they are about the same. Cook times are a bit different between the two air fryers (Ninja I have to add few more minutes?). I mostly use mine to make bacon wrapped jalapenos, chicken wings, chicken breasts/thighs/tenderloins.
My wife bought the Best Buy one as a Xmas gift for us. First air fryer we used and we love it. The two basket design is nice to make different things at the same time. Capacity is a bit limited in each basket. If I want to make fries for the family I have to use both baskets which means double cleanup (although they rinse fairly easily). I think for some things a more oven rack like air fryer would be better but this one works very well for loose things like fries (besides the limited capacity). It heats up very fast and seems to be built well. The temperature is not infinitely adjustable. It goes in steps so some recipe temps can't be selected exactly but going to the next higher or lower setting is not that big of a deal. The unit is pretty large and takes a lot of counter space. Not sure I have a cabinet I could fit it in for storage but at least currently we use it all the time so keeping it on the counter is ok with us. Definitely worth the $99 she spent on it.

I currently have a 5qt power XL and i love it but I don't want to buy two have two separate air fryers so I ended up buying the ninja one! Really excited.
