YMMV deal. In RDU area they had hundreds in Apex store and none in Durham store.

I like this set. At $9 per knife I removed all my older knives into a storage bin and only kept my old chefs knife in a drawer as a spare in case someone ever wants to join me in the kitchen (spoiler: no one usually doesSmilie.

I think they are an upgrade for me, but I've been using the same set for the last decade.

I saw these at my costco for 34.97. Are these good though ? I mean there is a sabatier set for $19.97 or so. Look same to me. I am not a expert. So need advice.

Thanks for noticing the new price. Got the refund for the price difference. At $35 this set is excellent, I love it. Updated my thread price to reflect the new one.

Got one and I have to say it's a pretty good deal. Sharp enough and came with individual knife case.
