New subscriptions can take some time to start (industry standard is 8-12 weeks)...it just depends on the publisher, how often the magazine is published etc

Have you tried going to the Outside Magazine website and checking to see if you have an active subscriber account? If you do (hopefully)...it should tell you what issue was most recently sent.
