I bought this bidet 6 months ago from Best Buy for normal price of $40. It has been working like a champion since. Strong hard plastic and metal fittings. The included hose is also metal weave which matches the one we had on the toilet.

No real issues thus far besides pressure knob being nigh useless. If you look at the product photo of the controls, you see the water pressure knob can go from OFF to Low to High. Well this bidet goes full blast once you hit Low, so prepare to only turn that knob a tiny bit. The water pressure isn't rough on most days but for people who have tender skin, something you want to consider. The feminine wash is always more gentle than rear wash.

I have NEO 180 which is 2-3 year old. The nozzle has start leaking. Any idea if it can be fixed? Searched a lot online but can't find the solution.

Let it go....it has done its duty well, taken everything that you have thrown at it, and now it needs rest. The bidet is dead - LONG LIVE THE BIDET!

Can confirm, bought mine just before pandemic started. The pressure dial has 5 dots from low to high. The comfort zone is 0 - 0.5. Anything higher is a bad time. If someone actually hit 5 the water would probably pierce their body like a leak in a deep ocean sub. Having said that I'm super happy I bought it.

I picked up the higher end model with hot water a few months back. btw, all of the connectors are propitiatory and I needed to reach out to them for connected due to an all-in-one toilet.

I decided to pick up a flow restrict-or since I was already buying parts and started off slow. Me and the family are kind of torn and going from 1/2 way to full stream seems to have limited value other than that piercing factor. The extra flow does not seem to help with hygiene at all.

I wouldn't call it bad, but maybe my BM's haven't been messy enough. lol

I have the Neo 120 little brother of this one and same comments as above. I had a much more feature rich electric unit from Bio-Bidet that gave out after a few short weeks yet I was left with the taste for Bidet in my blood and had to get another. The little Neo has been fantastic. I even have it on the very cheapest wood core toilet seat HD had and it works fine with no bumpers. 120 has the same pressure issues as mentioned above but no big deal just do not turn it up. And the cold water is zero issue. These things are golden in my book.

I have had the 120 going on 4 years with no issues. Gave these away as Christmas presents 2 years ago (because they are great) and everyone politely smiled and in the closet they went....until the raids on toilet paper happened.....then they couldn't thank me enough, lol.

To reduce the water flow to the bidet, I believe you can use one of these.

I have this bidet, but like everyone else says, the water flow is just too strong. so dial up responsibly.

Has anyone successfully installed this on a French curve toilet?

Note: The price has gone up to $39.99 now.

I've had this one for about 5 years. The pressure knob works.
