We have about 40 movies on AMZN Video. I've never known they treat movies differently...what is "Movies Anywhere"? I've always watched through the app via Roku or on a mobile device.
Movies anywhere is a service thru disney that allows you to sync your movie libraries across multiple services

But in reality no it turns out a few of the titles are quite crap transfers.
labyrinth chiefly being upresed versions of the 30th anniversary bluray....which was plagued with massive noise, oversaturation...etc
Its one of the reasons I still ignore many of the 4k releases its the same story every generation.
1. release cheap transfers in the more recent format to make a quick buck.
2. companies eventually start releasing superior versions after the 3rd release in the new format.
It seems to be taking a while though possibly because of the jump between 1080p and 4k.

moviesanywhere.com is a free service that allows you to connect multiple other stream services. Some of the retailers are Amazon, Vudu, Google, and Apple. Once you connect them, when you buy a movie on Amazon it will also show up in all the other retail services you may use, Not all movies work, it depends on the company that owns the movie. Like all Disney owned movies will transfer but Liongate movies will not.
It is nice to have the movies on multiple streaming sites incase one of the sites goes out of business or something.

Possibly you can get a free family pass from Georgia libraries. It's been many years since I've been, so I'm not sure they still do that.
