There are other toy clearances that are ok, but these were two standout items at my walmart. I checked zip codes in a couple of states, and I see these prices at other zip codes. Not all stores have them this low or have stock. My store has a clearance isle full of toys, but a lot of the toys have not gotten very low. The price stickers on the shelf were much more expensive than the prices they scanned at.

Lego Police Helicopter Transporter 60244 317 pieces. It was originally $40 and I bought it for $1.10. I see a number of stores with the price this low, but there seem to be fewer of these in stock. My store had six!

When you find super cheap toys they're great items to donate. It's maybe the wrong time of year, but I keep a box in my garage to collect and donate. I found a local charity I trust that helps give Christmas to families that don't have much. I don't want to toot my horn, but it's a great way to stretch your giving dollar!

The other problem is that if the item is listed as available for immediate pickup, employees aren't usually great at finding Clearance items since they may not be in the normal toy section. They may be in the Clearance section or even in the back.
In my experience, it's not worth doing a store pickup.
Did get me a SoundWave reissue, China... Damn close...
